Blackland Precision is a Federally Licensed Firearms Manufacturer and as such adheres to all Federal and State laws.  We will not build you an illegal firearm, we will not ship a firearm to a state where it is not legal to own or possess, and we will not knowingly transfer a firearm to anyone who is prohibited from owning such.

When you order a new custom rifle from Blackland Precision, we ask that you purchase the components through us here on the website, to the extent that they are available.  We will then fit and assemble the rifle, and contact you to pay for the gunsmith services required when it is complete.  If for some reason, you change your mind, you still own the parts, we can hold them until a later date, or attempt to resell them on consignment for you.  This will however, incur a consignment fee and likely considerable loss in sale price of the parts, and we cannot guarantee that they will sell.

All Transactions will be in US Dollars, no exceptions.  All transactions are US based.

We will not export any products outside the United States, sorry, but the legal restrictions and expenses for export are simply too burdensome.

Shipping:  In stock products ship within 1 – 2 business days.  Custom items ship upon full payment and completion of work.  Shipping will be by UPS Ground in most cases, if other means are preferred or required, please call in advance.

Products may be picked up in person at the shop or shipped to you at your request and expense.  Any products requiring a Federal Firearms License for transfer will ONLY be shipped to your local FFL to complete the transaction.  You will need to arrange that transfer through your local FFL and get us a copy of his/her license, phone number and address.

Returns:  Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final, no returns or refunds, but rest assured, if you’re not totally satisfied, we will do everything in our power to make it right.

For your privacy and protection, Blackland Precision does not collect personal data on our customers, nor do we store your credit card information.
